With fall quickly approaching, I’m starting to get excited about pumpkin lattes, crips weather and family portraits! Fall might be the best time for family portraits: the cool, crips weather is more comfortable outdoors, you can layer outfits creating different fun looks, the scenery is simply stunning, and you get wear boots (my favorite type of shoe). Today I’m sharing one of my favorite sessions from last year.
One of the highest compliments I can receive is when a photographer I admire asks me to take their family photos. These portraits were even more special because it was baby Brock’s introduction to the camera! And I think he did an amazing job! This was the very first portraits of this new family of four. I absolutely love the styling that Candi choose for this session. The dark blues and greys contrast beautifully with the fall foliage at Farnsley Moreman. And the view of the river and the shore line beyond is stunning. I love how each family member is wearing something slightly different and then Brock’s outfit brings it all together!
